If you don't ADORE it, then just Return it.
Just Adore You Does not offer Cash, Debit, or Credit returns STORE CREDIT ONLY!
With that said, we understand that returning items that you just don't ADORE can be frustrating. We want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible! Please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our Customers.
Return Items MUST be Postmarked 10 days upon receiving the item. If items are past the TEN day mark, or have any of the following damage they will NOT be EXCEPTED for store credit and you will be required to pay to have your items sent back to you.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. Only the NON sale Item.
If Item purchased was a SALE OR LAST CHANCE Item there will be NO refund of store credit Items marked SALE OR LAST CHANCE are FINIAL SALE!
All Flash/Sale/Clearance listed items are Final Sale. Finial sale items are not returnable/exchangeable. No Exceptions

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to: firstname.lastname@example.org including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your Just Adore You account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
- We will get back to you with further instructions.
